College Football Betting action in Week 2 of the NCAAF season features the Michigan State Spartans hooking up with the Florida Atlantic Owls at Spartan Stadium on Saturday.

This NCAA Football tilt will be broadcast live nationally on ESPN starting at 12 pm ET.

The Owls are 0-1 both outright and against the spread after their first game last weekend, and the Spartans are 1-0 SU and 0-0 ATS after their opener.

Florida Atlantic was bombed 41-3 in their opener against state rival the No. 18 Florida Gators. The Owls could not cover the 34–point spread as a road underdog. The score stayed under the total.

And the Spartans beat Youngstown State 28-6 on Saturday in a game that was not on the NCAA Football Betting board

MSU opened as a 33.5-point favorite and is now down to 32 at many sportsbooks. The Spartans opened as a whopping -20000 moneyline favorite. The total opened at 49.5 and is up to 50 and 50.5 at some books but our college football picks beg to differ with what the oddsmakers are thinking and thus we are taking an arbitrage betting approach to this game.

Head-to-head, the teams met last season when the Spartans won 30-17 but came nowhere near cashing as a 26.5-point home favorite on Sept. 11. The score stayed under the total of 56.

NCAAF Power Rankings indicate the Owls could be in for a long day on Saturday as the Spartans are rated at No. 46 and Florida Atlantic at No. 105. Another mismatch is the Michigan State offense, which ranks No. 67 so far, against an Owls’ 102nd ranked defense.

Florida Atlantic is 1-4 SU and 0-5 ATS in its last five games overall and 1-7 SU in its last eight games on the road. The total has gone under in nine of Florida Atlantic’s last 12 games.

Michigan State is 12-2 SU in its last 14 games overall and 5-0 SU in its last five games at home.
